A I know it is not different. it is not official product from the Name manufacturer. at the moment my computer did not reconigse it. I open Device manager, it shows yellow Exclamation .

I switch on the player it shows "starting..." then hang there.

Similar things just don't cut it, with more specific imformation then we maybe can help. Maybe CNpower knows the manufacturer if you post a picure of it

You can use USBVIEW.exe to identify the device when connected to your computer's usb port.

Then do a googlesearch to find more about the mp3-chipset/driver/manufacturer.

What is computer O/S?

Try booting into safe mode (assuming you have windows) by tapping F8 repeatedly as it is restarting. You can pick safe mode or safe mode with networking. It sounds to me like you have some things tainting your OS. I suggest Avast if your serious about healing the OS.
