EO stands for Electro-optical.

EO surveillance sensors mean they search the area using electro-optic sensors.

is there any device fast enough to track a ballet whose speed is 900m/sec?

one of possibilities for micro mirror may follow the ballet.

yes, it has the capability to track a bullet if the bullet is reflective and produces a light spot that can be followed, but it is not optimal for that task. millimeter radar can track metal bullets in real time for counter shot retaliation. Most militaries have these in service now. What is hard is to shoot them down in real time.

Are we sure he isn't talking about Elton John's "Tiny Dancer"?

I may point out more clearly.. the bullet speed is about 900m/sec, and the tracking

device angular speed is about 100rad/sec...In my opinion, thers is no millimeter radar

enough to track such a high angular speed...

Hi,

May be a solution, fast cams tracker will be a solution for your questions. With fastcams analyze programs you can see bullet but the solution not real time.

fastcam=speed camera

Best Regards
