Datasheet for CNC Machine Contactor

Dear sir, I am facing a problem with contactor. Used in CNC machine is fully burnt. The part no. is as follows: CAT2160, BX242AA.4.MOD.A I-T-E/ROWAN ELECTRICAL RATING WESTMINISTER MD Can anyone provide me the datasheet of the same or equivalent of the part. Thanks and regards,

What help can the CNC machine manufacturer provide? Do they have a technical helpline for a simple telephone call? Would they have a spare parts list for this machine?
