How should I design the grounding net work of a 33KV/415V ,50hz indoor substation?

Indoor Dimension:20mx20m.with concrete floor,soil resistivity 20ohm-m.

System description: 33kv supply from Sate Board will feed the 33KV inddoor sus-station.Source end is located at a distance of 5km from the indoor sub-station.No other details at source end is available.

Connected load details:-

A. 1.2MVA,33kv/570V ARC furnace transformer,Z%=5

2. HV: delta,LV1:star;LV2:delta

3.Vector group Dyn11 & Ddo

By picking up the Yellow Pages and looking through them for a competent engineer. The kind of info you need will not be found here.

Ajoy

Please go through the following to understand the subject.

1. IS-3043 Code for Earthing

2. IEEE - 80

3. IEEE - 142 Green Book

And as the volatge levels involved are very high it is recommended to hire a competent design engineer/ consultant.
