need database by city,st of ILEC (.xls coverage map)

By city and state I need to know who the incumbent local exchange provider is?

in excell or access only 3 colums: city, state, provider

sort of an excel based coverage map of the citys they provide service in.

I don't have access to a LERG database anymore.

  1. What do you want this information for ?
  2. What do you intend to do with it ?
  3. Why don't you have access to the database anymore ?

Please answer all these questions first before asking for sensitive information; you won't get any relevant answer if you don't .
