Anyhow can't see any link for help, Rules of CR4 and private messages etc on web page. A link for such info be placed.

The link I provided came right from the homepage. Look on the right in the Site Indices section. The 5th one down is CR4 FAQ. That's the link that provides the rules, commonly asked questions, etc. Below that is a link that provides definitions for all terms and lingo used on the site such as 'tags', 'avatars', etc.

I think you'll be able to find it now, let me know if you have any trouble.
