Operations and Maintenance programs

I have been tasked with writing several generic Operations and Maintenance Manuals for various sized water and wastewater treatment plants. I would like to read O&M manuals already written to see samples, formats and differing levels of details as a kick start in organizing what I will ulimately provide to my clients. Does any member have links to websites with water and wastewater O&M documents and attachments that I could view?

No, I hoped I'd be clear that I was looking for formats and levels of detail. No need going to detail that is excessive, and there are folks out there that have experience in what needs to be included and what not. I am NOT looking to plagerize, just looking to get a good starting footing.
