Dish end fabricartion

is T joint allowed in dishends? can any one give me the referance please.

if the size of the dish end is high then crown and petal constructio comes in where in with out T-joint we cannot manufacture dish end

This sounds like a buttweld, not a T-joint. Can you post a sketch.
