Adhesive for Aluminum Name Plates

I need an adhesive to fix aluminium name plates down to asphalt,concrete and ductile iron surfaces. Some may be trafficked and some surfaces may be uneven.

We regularly use silicone adhesive sealant RTV 732, RTV 736 etc for this purpose and they are good. In fact in some of wear prone areas we fix even ceramic tablets with these.

Can't you drill holes and add tags?
