Load Cell Simulation

hi

i am working in petrochemical plant in saudi and have problem to simulating loadcell for mass flow measurement.load cell output is going to schenck controller then its converting flow then its sending to plc through profibus.pls advice

The Controller takes the mV input i belive from Load cell. Use a mV source and simulate the o/p of the loadcell to the Controller . Then the output of your controller may be 4- 20 for your plc, Do you have a source ??

hi,

txs for ur advice and u r correct also.but i have 6 wire loadcell(in1,in2,ref 1,ref 2,out1,out2),where i have to simulate mv and how to get output?pls advice

I have come across the same problem. i know that i will apply voltage between +in and -in. +reference will be connected to +in and -reference will be connected to -in. and output will be taken across out1 and out2. but mu problem is that my controller is not responding to the change in resistance across load cell. when i put my controller on simulation it gives correct readings but when i connect the load cell with it it does not responds
