hai from balaji, premium freight means extra cost /charges incurred additional to contract delivery. contract delivery means and it covers packing standard, delivery time and date. to meet this commitement if u are using air mode instead of train, train mode used instead of road, air mode instead of road mode, more trips by special vehicle instead of milk run, extra trips to delivery instead of single time delivey per day. are to be captured and reviewed for improvement. auto / taxi / car used instead of milk run vehicle.
