tonnaha calculation

how to calculate the tonnahe of an AHU , by only knowing it motor rating, blowers throat, AHU size and the room size were cooling is needed............?

It can't be done without the ambient temperature, the target temperature, the ambient humidity, the target humidity, the area of the walls, the U-value of the insulation in the walls, the area of the ceiling, the U-value of the insulation in the ceiling, the area of the windows, the infrared performace of the glass, the amount of sunlight coming in through the windows, the latitude, the average cloud cover, the number of doors, the percentage of time that the doors are open, the number of people in the room, the dissipation of all the equipment in the room, etc.
