CutMaster 50 Plasma Torch

05/02/2009 11:15 AM

I have a Thermadyne Plasma torch that has a probalom in the mother board. A new one cost as mush as the machine cost me new. My question is-- Is there anyone that can fix the the board?

You might get more help offered if you were clever enough to mention where you are on this planet........

If you find someone that can repair the mother board I would like to know. I too have an ESAB plasma that the exciter arc went out on and the board costs nearly as much as a new machine. Fortunately my machine still cuts well but it is hard on the tips touching them to the piece to get started. I would suggest you check with your local welding supplier and they may can help you.
