Hi, low! What's the application? Is this a natural gas pipeline? Also, how's the environment and terrain? CR4'ers need details like this in order to answer your question.

Answer to the question above.
It is for a gas pipeline. Enviroment and terrain in some areas areas are dense forest, some hilly and possible 1 or 2 river crossings.

1500 meters is close enough to sea level that the materials are not a problem. In addition, you are using a compressed gas so the increased pressure from falling elevation will not be as bad as with a fluid where every 30 feet drop adds 15 PSI, so 1500 meters the pressure of water would be 2500 PSI higher as you dropped the 1500 meters. You will get a presure ibcrease as you come down from the hills so you need to see what that is so you do not get an overpressure situation.
The approach does not depend on elevation alone. It is highly
dependent on the specific terrain and geologic features that you
encounter along the route. If you can give more details of any unusual
features, perhaps more help would follow.
Are the 2 rivers wide, deep, fast or slow flowing, what type of banks and bottom materials, etc.
Is it a heavily timbered area, brush, grasses, rocky, sandy, clay soils.
What is the weather condition during the construction phase? Is it desert climate, temperate, tropical, arctic?
What is the subsurface? Is the area subject to landslides or slope instabilities?
All will have their own particular approach for the given obstacle and its condition.
Listed above a condition are necessary, but are not sufficient for designing. It is necessary to have data for hydraulic calculation (selection of diameter, initial and final pressure)
Except for that the structure of a line and the plan is necessary. Success to you
