Steam Turbines and Interstage Efficiency

steam Turbine Extraction type forthe given pr. & temperature condition at inlet , extraction & Exhaust condition how to calculate interstage efficiency for turbine?

Efficiency is calculated by using actual enthalpy/ideal enthalpy?

how to consider steam losses?
