Grid parallel

please specify about your load,name of the synchronizing controller and DG rating. load sharing depends on the pre set parameter on your controller. when generator sychronizied with grid, controller give commands to (avr and governor ) slowly take over the loads depend on the percentage which you set on your controller.

I m adjusting manually by pot. what type of commend to give controller?what happen in alternator side at time of commend?

check your pot weather that is motorized or not. if motorized check, that is working properly or not. parameter setting for load sharing you have to call the panel supplier or technician from controller supplier. i have not idea about your controller. can you send me the manual for controller which you have mentioned.
