Hi!

We are PCB manufacturer and one of out customer need the components specified as 0.001uF_402 and for most of these capacitors the shape is 402_13. Can you explain me what does 0.001uF-402 and shape 402_13 means?

The 402 is probably the size of the cap, it's more common to call it 0402, which is .040" x .020" (inches). The value of .001UF might be called out as 1000pF (this is more common). I'm not sure what the _13 means on the end. Here's a link to some caps of this size.
