Unelec SP800 ACB

Dear all,

I have a problem with my ACB - Unelec SP800A. It is quite old model 1992. Problem here is, we cannot Charge back the ACB, as now the position is "OPEN", and it cannot "CLOSE", as I have try search the net to find any document that would help. But could not find any thing. Hope that any body out there had experiance with this type of ACB. Would very much appriaciate you kind assistance.
