Welding 668 Class B Pins and Steel Vessels

05/12/2009 9:53 PM

Hi

We have to weld an A 668 class B pin with carbon content = 0.47, those pieces works like pins to lift a STEEL VESSEL with capacity of 80 ton., does anybody know how to do it?

Acccording with supplentary requirements in the norm A 668 ,The carbon content must be 0.35% max to welding purposes. so we have a difference about =0.12% more ,what is a correct way to weld it out.
