Dual Lock Alternative for Chipboard

I'm looking for a dual lock alternative. System has to be very small and thin (max 6mm thick). Job that have to perform: it has to hold down chipboard (20 mm) to a 6mm ABS plastic, that is flexible 4mm in up/down direction. It can not be screwed or glued. It has to be removable. Locks, magnets, catches spring catches are more or less out of the question, and whole thing has to be invisible from a top view
