Meterial for Easy to weld and strength together?

For the oil/gas flatform, i'm building swivel joint for gas exhausting boom which can swing regulary and welded to sourgas pipe. and found that meterials should good to be welded and strong enough to consist road, shock, corrosions..etc. i can choose that meterial which fit on one of those but not easy to fit to both needs.. what would be perfact one which can meet both demands?

You will have to compromise and choose the filler metal (if I have adequately interpreted your question) which best satisfies the requirements of both parent materials, assuming they are different. Whatever they are.

Choose the material that will resist the corrosion,and weld well. Use flexible couplings, and vibration absorbing mounts. Hoses designed for your product may also be useful.
