Ooohh Brotheerrr!!! 110MT Press. Maybe a leaking hose or bad swicth somewhere? How old is the clutch? Air Pressure in range? Air Dryness on Pneumatics? Cleaningness and Lubrication? If these items check OK then? Here we go again, No problemoouuhh...(Safety First You know PPE-Permits-Ventilation-Etc.Check it Out). Probably we'll migth cool down that shaft for few hours overnigth or so, then get there next day (Saturday Better with a nice 'Lunch Box-Tools of the Trade' and a Penetrating Spray) and hit it good with a "2X4" wrigth over it few times 360Deg. all over not to kill it neither, you won't. Then with "2X4" as a way to protect that shaft from the 'Ball Hammer' impact as possible. We don't want to mark or bend that 'Puppy', remember is just to wake it up again. Now, if the shaft are been scracthed or bended previously, who know's? it migth happened as well during maintenance before, you know sometimes with the rushing out between downtime and production operations time clocking or else, something gave-up at some point. Good to do some "Detective Troubleshoot" as well in order to discover which are the story, Who Know's?

I will use a nice brand name 'Puller-Kit' also a "Pry Bar" and a good 'Torch' for Heat it Up in case things get too tuff with that 'Puppy' there. We'll then need to have probably a 'FireWorks' permit with the whole 'PPE' in place for compliance, you know how things been latetly (Insurance-Etc. you name it) no escape. Lock and Tag all forms of energy around for safe first. And don't rush into nothing, it'll come to you. You have the Technology. Hang in there.......

Allset Don Ducon, Learning Learning here by stay in touch often Buddy, thanks for the nice comment you know I'm catching up with so much interesting material here around.. Hey! at least one little hit over the second base, cool. Very nice from you all here at CR-4 you have the technology. Awesone........

Now going back to that 'Jammed-Up-Puppy' I will say that it may happened with some build-up dirt or whathaveya' around the equipment during operations, Who Know's?

Also it will be smart to make some good visible positioning (Aligments Marker Marks) in order to easy the re-assembling task. I believe they will get it back on business after some 'Tender Care' definetetly. Allgood then not bad at all Buddies, Re-Assemble it back and secure, Crank That Puppy-Up Now.

Push The Buttom,

MC
