Spark Gap in Grounding System

dear All,

Is there Any Organization to organize the use of spark gap for connection between

Electrical Grounding & Instrument Grounding ?

Is that using of spark gap for connection between Electrical Grounding & Instrument

Grounding important and already state in International Standard such as NEC, IEEE or

IEC ?
