Most people that I know who do contract drawings, limit themselves to very specific areas and those have canonical prices. So, for example, a steel detail drawing might run $100 (US) while a cut-and-fill drawing for an excavation might run $500. So, ask around. Here in the US, it is difficult to do this work since it can usually be bid out via the internet to qualified folks who will currently do it for less than $10 per hour.

Is there any engineering design required?

How long the drawing will take to complete x the hourly rate of the drafter.
