Industrial Waste Management System - Waste to Energy System

05/22/2009 8:04 AM

Hi,

We are a group of experts who have just developed and installed a new waste-to-energy system for a cement manufacturing company.

This is a state-of-the-art system and the only system there is in the world that blend industrial hazardous waste into fuel to be reuse as fossil fuel (coal) substitution at cement kilns.

If anyone have any interest in this system, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at kh_iwms@hotmail.com.

Cheers.

sssoooo.....

does this process incinerates this hazardous wastes or does it just take the available BTU's and leaves the then concentrated hazardous waste to be disposed of?

Hi Phoenix911,

The alternative fuel which convert from industrial hazardous wastes will be use as fuel at cement kiln substituting fossil fuel, coal.

It is not an incineration process, where the heat is lost and released toxic chemical into the atmosphere. This process capture the heat and reuse as alternative fuel.

The cement kiln has very high temperature of > 1800 degree Celsius and has a residence time of > 4 to 6 seconds. The high temperature will destroy most of the hazardous chemical elements and there is no need of disposal of hazardous waste because the remaining will be lock into the clinker matrix.

I hope that my answer is clear and helpful.

Cheers.

Thanks for your reply.......that is a lot of energy store in this waste.

Good luck

Yes, I'd be interested in your process. Where is your facility located. I have a variety of clients who this could serve. Can you post some more information on your facility?

Hi Guest,

We can build the system anywhere in the world and to the specification required.

The concept has many benefits,

1) industrial hazardous waste that normally end up at landfill can be collected and convert into alternative fuel,

2) reduce clinker production at cement kilns because less fossil fuel are used, and hences increase profitability,

3) reduce carbon dioxide, and

4) help to reduce Climate Change.

The system has many components and very automated. There is no such system of this kind in the world.

The base system can convert approximately 30,000 tonnes of alternative fuel annually, that is equivalent to about 30,000 tonnes of coal which will not be mined and burn. Thousand of tonnes of carbon dioxide will not be release into the atmosphere and millions of dollars will be save through clinker production. This is one of the best waste to energy system and great energy sustainability idea of it kind.

It is not only cement manufacturing business that benefit from this system, other businesses will also benefits and especially waste management companies. In fact, this system is designed for waste management companies to help stop industrial hazardous waste end up at landfill, and the fuel converted are for cement manufacturing application.

We have a complete document of Expression of Interest on this system. If you would like to discuss about this system in more depth, please contact myself via email at kh_iwms@hotmail.com.

Thank you very much for interest and I hope to discuss with you further.

Cheers.

I have heard of a process that takes wet waste and through processing creates it into a cellulosic fiber and then that can be used as a bio diesel fuel. How far off are we from having this to a solution to solve the landfill problem. I heard that regulations are a huge problem in bring this technology into the waste industry
