Ask the Dodge dealer and find out whether the fluid is specifically manufactured for the Neon or merely ordinary TF with Dodge's name on it. If the latter then use that category of TF made by any of the major refiners. What does the owner's manual recommend?
Some auto manufacturers, e.g. Honda, recommend a special TF that is manufactured to their specifications and that product should always be used. It is more expensive because the dealers add a huge mark-up but the transmission will last longer if you use that TF. However, I suspect that Dodge uses an ordinary TR because Dodge can purchase it cheaply in bulk but check that assumption with the dealer.
Make certain to wipe the metal particles off the magnet if one is attached to the end of the drain plug.
Look in the owners manual or look at the description label under the hood or go to transmission fluid aisle an read on the container what application the fluid is designed for use in. Buy the applicable fluid or answer your question.
