What is the Value of Gravitational Constant it is 9.81 m/s^2 or 32 m/s^2.

9.81 m/s^2 or 32 ft/s^2.

The gravitational constant is 6.674 x 10-11 m3/kg-sec plus/minus something

Obviuosly, with due regards, you are talking about something that you don't mean.

This is the acceleration due to gravity or

g (not G) and it is equal to 9.81 m/s2 or 32 ft/s2

and it is not constant since it varies as you move away from earth's center, even on its surface fro sea to a hill.
