If it is electromechanical relay then you can see a black dial at the top scaling from 0 to 1 in steps of 0.1 that is your TMS setting and a black Knob just near the specification plate having numbers 0.5 to 2 in steps of 0.25 for 1Ampere relay and 2.5 to 10A for %Ampere relay.this is your plug seting.

For numerical or static relay its in the menu tree which differ frim manufacturer to manufacturer.If you still have problem then you just mail me the relay type and make I will let you know the settings
