Pressurization is to control air pressure in the room so when you open the room door , if air leaves the room ,then the room is under positive pressure .If air gets into the room , the room is under negative pressure .

In air conditioning ,the room should be kept under a slight positive pressure ( .0025 inch water gauge) so that hot air does not enter the room when door is open . Room may also be kept at neutral pressure .

Please note that there is no such thing as pressurization in CHW systems . What pressurizes the chilled water system is the chilled water pump .

Pressurization in HVAC is normally discussed in relation to building or room pressurization

by the AC air .
