SMPS Transformers

is there any method o check smps transformer. because the resisance of all coils are almost same. if here is any solution to this please give me.

What are you checking? Insulation resistance? Manufacturing defects? Batch testing?

Can you supply more information please.

All the resistance of the transformer coil should be the same or almost the same otherwise your transformer will have problem once you load it.

Like "Jack" said, what are you checking? Insulation resistance? Manufacturing defects? Batch testing?

We need more information on it.

Yes you could check each winding inductance. You can use hand held inductance meter for this measurement. If any reason you have short turn or break down of isolation in the same winding you will read almost zero Henry inductance. you could also measure leakage inductance.. if you need more info please sent e mail to "
