Problem with Winamp and avi pictures

Hi all members: I am using WINAMP to run pictures and I can´t see nothing when I attempt to run some ".avi" pictures that I got from a technical book. Perhaps the problem is that the same, when I saw properties, diplay : "video sampling:8 bits". Other pictures are of 16 bits.

Is that a significant difference? May I do something to settle this matter?

Any advice will be welcome.

Find a free rendering program here to convert the images to a format you can view

Use VideoLan (VLC) It is the application with the most diverse and reliable capabilities for PC based video.
