Current Sensors and Energy Meters

Which type of current sensors are to be used for very high accuracy(class0.1 and better) energy meters and why ? Like Current transformer or hall current sensors,etc.

You are answering your own question. 0.1% being very accurate and going down to 5 or even 10% accuracy. The higher accuracy class is obvious more exspensive..Enquire from your local supplier..
