Building pressure vessel with flangeless tank.

I need a help. We are building a pressure vessel of 200 LTRs working volume tank without flange. Constraint is after penetration welding how to finish the internal surface. Man hole is not provided in the design only 6" hole is provided at the dish top.

What are the stds to refer in this case.

Well, 6in is big enough to get an arm in.

How about washing-up pan scourers?
