which is better-in terms of job security,payment-electrical,aerospace,computer or electronics and telecommunication engineering for a btech course in India?

also who are the top recruiters in these fields?

It should not matter to you - find the subject that you are passionate about and then become good at it. Becoming good would include educating yourself - a BTech or whatever else might be required.
