Flow Valve

06/04/2009 3:21 AM

Normally control valve with I/P have, One Digital input(DI) from the Switch and one Digital output(DO) going to Solinoid and one Analog output(AO) which is going to I/P converter to operate the valve.

But In my case Control valve with I/P have only Analog output. Swithes are not compulsary for control valve or required

Then the switches' inputs cannot be connected up.

If the software is a standard subroutine that must be used regardless, maybe because of Client specifications, then arrange for 0% output signal and 100% output signals to drive the bits that say "fully closed" and "fully open", whichever way round they are. There isn't anything else to be done.
