st You need to have the interest in electrical field

nd You got to study electrical engineering course

rd You need to works in the electrical line and learn what ever you can on the electrical field.

th During working , just listen to your superiors instruction. Don't argue back. Record down whatever thing that he had teach you. Then revise back all the technical point and understand it.

th Ask question on electrical things that you don't understand but please don't ask silly question.
