Hi, I`ve changed my email address some weeks ago but I still receive these threads on my old mail address. How can that be fixed ?

Regards, uweka

When you log-on, click the button that says "Edit my profile". You should see the following (if the picture comes out big enough !);

As you'll see, you can also adjust the style of notifications, and a fair bit of other stuff. Playing with the settings is the best way to figure them out.

PS - I'm not sure if you mean you've already done the above. It may or may not be an instant change to how the system works.

Was that the original problem?

Either way, I've done a quick check via the box marked "Search all of CR4". Using the phrase "Daily Digest", it seems that change to it's notification behaviour can take 72 hours to filter thru. You may like to follow some of the related stuff from this link. A lot of minor details take a while to figure out, but all should be OK in a couple of days by the sound of it.

Hi Uwe

You may also have a registration on GlobalSpec.com (www.globalspec.com) using your old email address. (CR4 is run by GlobalSpec and you can elect to receive the CR4 digest from either site, but changing your email on one web site does not affect the other.)

Please send your new and old email address to cr4admin@globalspec.com and we can check the records in both places to see if that is the problem.

Thanks
- Mark
