	Dear friends, As I am not an electrical engineer,I would like to know the statuatory requirements as well as other electrical items including civil works for getting HT power supply to the residential building right from the substation to the transformer and from transformer to the panel inside the building.Appreciate the difference in requirements for low tension and high tension requirements.

	"statuatory requirements" are not the same all over the globe. It would help to know where you are.

	Each country has it's own statutory requirements in the power supply. I suggest you to hire an qualified electrical consultants to help you to calculate and design the total power requirement. All these electrical design need to have your local authorities approval before it can be implement to the building. It need to size up and design the transformer capacity, your HT switchgear capacity, Main switchboard, protection system for your transformer, switchgears and many more things including your power cables for the distribution of the power supply. __________________ Management is just like a bunch of Monkey sitting on a tall tree.
