1o to 15 km range FM transmitter

anybody give me a circuit diagram and details of a FM transmitter range 1o to a5 km or above. Please help me

A search of "wireless transmitter supplier 15km" produced a number of hits (as would 10km).

This is not really a simple project (especially if you are trying to transmit data), and you will likely need to buy a pre-designed and built transmitter.

What is the application?

I know that. We want to make a campus radio for our University. Its like a Hardware show. In our country campus radio is totally new. We want to make it for broadcast the latest technology by this Radio. We already got permission from local police and University admin.
