Hello all, I am trying to reprogram a Baldor Mint drive II and was wondering if anyone has had any expiriance with them. I have the newest version of Workbench with machine center already. I have also made some preliminary programs and don't want to risk trying them on the drive itself yet seeing they are both in operation already and also have been commissioned. I am try to duplicate the program from one withdraw to the other except that the two have different motor/ gearbox combinations. I also must mention that the one unit I am trying to reproduce is using a 1024 segments per 90 degree's of resolver , while the newer Baldor motor uses 4096 per 90 degrees of rotation. So I already realize I must change the scale factor and motor/resolver info. I was wondering if anyone here would know the programming and if I am able to retrieve the prgram off the older withdraw can I just change a few settings and download the program to the drive. If anyone knows about these drives I can email you the program I have alreadfy if you would like. Thank You everyone for your help.
