Research professional cold room suppliers locally, and open a dialogue with them with a view to getting them to design it, thereby transferring the warrantable risk to them upon completion.

Can't you use a search engine like Google to find out information? to find out what companies in your locality do this?

What type of cold room, will a meat freezer do or do you need something larger?

What's the application please, cold room could mean just about anything?
