Compressed Air Flow Temperature control

Dear Sirs,

I supply Diesel Mobile compressors with a capacity of 4500cfm @ 600psig with desiccant dryers to give a -70C*pdp (pressure dewpoint. I need to get the air flow temperature down to a desired -70deg C*.
