I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to our website, www.compositerfq.com. We developed it to try and overcome some of the problems we've seen in the composites industry, namely how do you find new vendors for projects, from one-offs to large-scale production?
CompositeRFQ exists as a digital bulletin board, where companies can post the details of their project, upload relevent files or images; all at NO COST. Users can see top-level details of the projects, upgrade to a nominal subscription account to gain access to the full details, and ultimately provide a quote.
We've gotten significant positive interest from several different companies, and we hope to become the premier place to outsource composite-related work. We've already attracted over 100 companies looking to provide quotes on all facets of composite manufacturing.
