Lighting Codes

Looking for a code, standard, or guidelines for interior lighting of a commercial building overnight (unoccupied). We are trying to reduce overnight energy and are concerned about code violation.

My damn Vista would not copy, but <michigan.gov> has a lighting thread you might find useful. 3 lumens is what they reccomend for unused spaces.
