Could you please guide me for the steps to be taken care while designing layout for Storage unit of Sulphuric acid?

The best thing to do is to open a dialogue with the suppliers of sulphuric acid locally. These organisations have examples of best practice as guidance for users, and will inspect a facility before delivery; if the facility isn't up to it then they won't risk putting the material in the facility as there would be unwanted repercussions.

If all else fails, ICI (usual disclaimer) published (and maybe still does) guidance notes. Try and get hold of a copy.

what amounts? Small glass containers? Steel Flasks?, Large volumes are stored in mild steel tanks. Concentrated sulfuric acid is not corrosive to mild steel as long as the concentration is above 93%
