B 31.3

For acceptable limit of offset in one of transition piece having flange end , where we can get from B 31.3

I am not quite sure what you are asking, but your answer should be found in 328.4

Or are you referring to figure 328.4.3?:

Where the permitted misalignment is as per the weld procedure?

Actually my question is if we fabricate pipe spool having offset. so what is acceptable limit for that offset as per B31.3 ?
