hai, everyone can explain about the dvc6010 positional control valve.i have the trouble went do the calibration. connect 24 DC and nitrogen supply the valve automatic open 100% and can't control 4-20 milliamp

Instead of a 24VDC supply, connect a variable current generator that swings 4-20mA.

Report back afterwards.

Was the valve functioning properly prior to this or is it a new installation that you're in the process of commissioning?

Hi,

You mentioned the Nitrogen supply. Is it your instrument supply medium? If yes, the DVC6010 can only use air or natural gas as the instrument supply medium.
