What is the weight and oil tank volume of 75 MVA 3 phase 11/220 kv step up transformer?

Not enough information is given as transformer manufacturing techniques and tank sizes vary greatly. Consult the manufacturer of the transformer. If you already have the transformer consult the documentation or the transformer nameplate for your answer.

Just look at the transformer name plate. The transformer name plate shown every details of the transformer voltage, vactor phase, current, e.t.c.... including the capacity of the oil, the net weight and the gross weight.

If you are buying a new transformer and want to know the weight of the oil tank, then you have to ask the manufacture about it. Every design is different with oil capacity and the weight.

Ask the supplier >if u have no intention of buying still ask for a quotation from any supplier with all data.You will have a handful.
