I AM R&D ENGINEER WORKING ON POLYMERIC INSULATOR, AND NOW WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF HUMIDITY ON POLYMERIC INSULATOR?

You are joking right? What sort of engineer doesn't even know how to perform a simple internet search for this readily-available information. What are they teaching students now days.

Ok, perhaps you are newly graduated and don't understand how the real world works as you have had little or no practical experience (you wouldn't be the first).

Have a look on the internet, all the information you need is there (some free, some not).
