Pressure Vesse and Shell Calculation

Hi, Please any one clarify , actually, design formula for shell under internal pressure UG-27, t= PR/SE-06t, Longitudinal joint, How should calculate for , long vessel connected by two or more shell, ... each shell is rolled and longitudinal joint, and each shell is connected by circumferential joint to meet the required lgh.. how should i calculate the min thickness and other significant calculation..please any one clarify my doubts...

I am in a Devil's advocate / Preaching mood.

You should contact, hire, and pay a consultant for these services. It is a simple matter to do minimum thickness calculations on simple shell components. What you would be missing are all the other aspects of a proper and safe pressure vessel design and construction, including - branch connections, welding, NDE, pressure testing, supports, structural design, .....

Internet forums should be used for guidance, and not detailed design nor teaching rather complex issues.
